By accessing or using the Pruvi Card Builder ("Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you disagree, do not use the Service.

1. Who we are
Pruvi is a pre-launch product operated by the Pruvi team. Contact: contact@pruvi.app

2. What this Service does
The Card Builder allows you to create a personal Athlete Card using data you provide. All media you upload (photos, videos) and the generated card output are processed entirely on your device. We do not upload, store, or retain any media assets or card results on our servers.

3. Waitlist enrollment
By signing in via Google or Apple OAuth, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Your name and email address will be stored in the Pruvi waitlist database.

• You will be contacted when the Pruvi app is ready to launch.

• No other personal data is collected through this sign-in process.

3b. Analytics
We may collect anonymized usage data to understand how users interact with the service (e.g., pages visited, actions taken, session duration). This data does not identify you personally and is used solely to improve the product. See our Privacy Policy for details.

4. Your data, your rights
You can request removal from the waitlist at any time by emailing contact@pruvi.app with the subject line: Waitlist Removal Request. Expect a response within 5–7 business days. Upon confirmation, your email and name will be permanently deleted from our database.

5. No warranties
The Service is provided "as is." We make no guarantees about uptime, accuracy, or future product availability.

6. Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
