Pruvi ("we", "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what we collect, why, and how.

1. What we collect

We collect nothing else. Specifically:

• Photos or videos you upload are processed locally in your browser and are never sent to our servers.

• The generated Athlete Card is rendered on your device and never stored by us.

2. Legal basis (GDPR)
We process your data based on your explicit consent, given at the moment you choose to sign in. You may withdraw consent at any time (see Section 4).

2b. Analytics data
We use third-party analytics tools (such as Google Analytics, Amplitude, or similar) to collect anonymized behavioral data about how users interact with the Service. This may include pages visited, buttons clicked, time spent, device type, and general geographic location (country or city level — never precise GPS).

• This data is aggregated and anonymized — it cannot be used to identify you individually.

• Analytics providers may process data outside the EU. Where applicable, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) or equivalent safeguards.

3. Data storage
Your name and email are stored in a secured waitlist database. We do not sell, share, or transfer this data to third parties.

4. Your rights
Under GDPR and applicable law, you have the right to access, correct, or delete your data. To exercise any of these rights — including waitlist removal — contact us at:

5. Cookies & tracking
We use OAuth tokens for authentication only. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party trackers.

6. Children
The Service is not directed at users under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
